Morello sent two of his best executioners

history channel documentary science Back in New York City, Morello and Saietta were plotting Petrosino's end. In New York City, Petrosino was a hard man to slaughter, on the grounds that, as Saietta told Morrelo, "Damn investigator. The villain protects himself too completely. When he strolls it is with a stacked gun in his grasp secured by a pocket, and two policeman without their blue coats stroll close him peering toward everyone."Morello and Saietta realized that in Palermo things would be altogether different. They had a few companions living in Palermo willing to do messy work for them. Furthermore, in particular, Petrosino had little assurance from the nearby law authorization, since he reused their help, because of his question of their expectations.

Morello sent two of his best executioners, Carlo Constantino and Antonio Passananti, to Palermo to find Petrosino. There they met with the most dreaded Mafia manager in all of Italy, Don Vito Cascio Ferro. Cascio Ferro had a quarrel against Petrosino as well, on the grounds that in 1902 when Cascio Ferro flew out to New York City to extend his criminal realm, he was compelled to escape back to Italy on account of substantial weight from Petrosino. On Friday night, March 12, 1909, Petrosino went to have his daily supper at the Café Oreto. It was sprinkling out and Petrosino was wearing an overcoat, and conveying an umbrella. Petrosino took his standard table, with his luck run dry, so he could see anybody drawing nearer him. As per the servers, Petrosino was amidst his supper, when two peculiar men walked to his table. These men addressed Petrosino for just a couple of minutes. Petrosino did not welcome them to take a seat with him, and he rejected them with a furious influx of his hand. When the men left the eatery, Petrosino put three lire on the table for his supper, and rushed after the two men.
